Benefits of the ancient dental hygiene technique.
Miswak is used to clean teeth and that is its main purpose. But miswak being natural it means that it has other benfits than just clean teeth. I mentioned a few benefits in some other articles but now I'm going to bring you full review of miswak's benefits. There are many, but I will be bringing you 8 of them, so let me start:
1) It preserves your teeth and makes your teeth roots stronger.
Of course it does, that's its main purpose. But the way it preserves them and makes the root stronger is indeed interesting. First you have toothbrush-style fibers which squeeze themselves between your teeth and clean them. Then you've got miswak's strongest weapon- its natural juices. These juices are released as you chew the miswak and make the teeth white and healthy. But they also make your dexter healthy and red.
2) Refreshes your mouth.
Because those natural juices have specific flavour it kills all bad smells coming from your mouth. And i presume that there is some active matter and it kills bacteria, but I only presume.
3) Enriches your flavour.
Again those juices. They don't just preserve your teeth and dexter but also your flavour nerves and flavour receptors.
4) Makes your appetite better... somehow.
I think it's got something to do with the juices and the fact that while you are chewing something that tastes good your stomach is working and increasing your appetite.
5) "Clears" your brain.
Because it hasn't got any chemicals in it, it makes your brain work smoothly. It also sharpens your memory.
6) Gives you energy.
It contains minerals and vitamins and they give you energy. It also makes you less sleepy.
7) Clears your throat.
Because it has such a high effect on bad smell it also kills bacteria and clears the remainings of food and drink in your throat.
8) Dissolves saliva.
You know that feeling in your throat when you finish eating a chocolate or licking a lolypop, like really long and sticky saliva in your throat. Well guess what, using miswak solves that problem because it dissolves that kind of sticky saliva.
